Why do we stick to outdated software

I just noticed that a lot of us are still using software from years back that just doesn’t fit our current workflow. Is it just me or do we really need to consider moving to something more user-friendly? I spent hours on a simple task the other day, and it made me wonder why we do it that way.

It’s definitely a challenge. I’ve found that investing a bit of time in training sessions for new software can really pay off in the long run. Have you considered a trial run with more modern tools?

I get where you’re coming from; I’ve had similar frustrations. If you can, try involving everyone in a brainstorming session to identify what features are most important in a new tool. It’s all about making sure it fits our workflow. @chadwick23, have you had a chance to look into any specific software yet?

Sticking to outdated software is like trying to ride a bicycle with square wheels — it’s slow and painful! Maybe we should gather ideas on what everyone needs to improve their workflows, @FlexGio. What’s one feature you absolutely can’t live without in new software?
