Unexpected interview questions

Had an interview last week where they asked me to solve a puzzle on the spot. It caught me off guard, but I’ve heard that unexpected questions can showcase your problem-solving skills. Just curious if anyone else has dealt with quirky interview questions like that, and how you handled it?

I can totally relate — unexpected questions can be a total game-changer. In my last interview, they asked me to explain a complex concept in simple terms, and it really tested how well I understood the topic. It’s all about staying calm and showing your thought process, right?
