The endless formatting battles

I’m seriously fed up with how often I have to revise formats in our data entry. One day it’s Arial, the next it’s Times New Roman, and then there’s some weird custom font that no one can read. It just adds so much unnecessary back-and-forth, especially when we’re tight on deadlines.

And i totally get your frustration with the constant font changes. One thing that’s helped me is to create a standardized template with the preferred font and formatting locked in. It saves a lot of time and reduces confusion, especially when deadlines are tight.
