Text expander that won't fight Sheets

I’m entering around 350 SKUs a day in Google Sheets on Windows 11, and my AutoHotkey snippets sometimes double-fire or paste oddly inside cells. If you’ve got TextExpander, PhraseExpress, or espanso playing nicely with Sheets (especially when tabbing between columns), what delay/hotstring settings made it stable? This feels fixable — you’ve got this.

I fixed this in Sheets on Win 11 by removing Tab from AHK hotstring EndChars so snippets only fire on space/enter — stopped the “double-fire” and no more weird pastes when tabbing between columns.
