Navigating job offers in a remote world

I’ve been in the tech industry for a few years now, and it feels like every conversation I have about new job offers comes back to remote work. Just last week, I was offered a perfectly good job, but the company insisted on a strict in-office policy. It made me wonder how many of you’re facing similar decisions. Are you comfortable taking a job that doesn’t offer flexibility, even if the salary is great?

I faced a similar choice — turned down a great job for the same reason. Flexibility is so important in today’s world! Have you looked into fully remote roles, like those on Remote.co?
