Best way to speed up morning routines

I’ve been trying to find ways to cut down my morning routine time. Just this week, I started prepping my breakfast the night before and it saved me at least 10 minutes. What little hacks do you use to make mornings faster? I’m all ears.

Prepping breakfast ahead is a game changer! I usually lay out my clothes the night before, so I’m not rummaging through my closet like a raccoon in a garbage can in the morning. Have you tried setting a timer for each task?
