I was typing up a report the other day and accidentally wrote ‘We will not be assiduously monitoring this project’ instead of ‘actively.’ My boss just stared at me like I was trying to be funny. It reminds me of that time my phone changed ‘meeting’ to ‘eating,’ and I ended up inviting my team out for brunch instead of a strategy session. Anyone else have hilarious autocorrect moments while data entering?
I once sent ‘I’ll be late’ as ‘I’ll be bait’ to a client! 
Autocorrect can really spice up our messages.
I totally relate! One time, I texted my boss about a ‘critical error’ and my phone changed it to ‘critical eater.’ It took a good minute for him to stop laughing and realize I was serious. I guess autocorrect has a sense of humor too.
